These terms and conditions are applicable to all claimants who utilise this site to claim on a Fujifilm South Africa product.
The Cashback offer is available only when the following terms are met:
Purchase is made of any of the products listed on this website under the Cashback Products.
Purchase is made within the Republic of South Africa from one of Fujifilm South Africa’s Participating Retailers listed on the My Fujifilm website (myfujifilm.co.za) under Stockists/Retailers.
Purchase transaction took place and claim has been submitted between the 1st of September 2020 and the 31st of October 2020.
No claims will be accepted before or after this period in which the claimant is claiming. Purchases of qualifying Fujifilm South Africa products qualify each claimant to a cashback amount dependent on the product bought.
The claimant has not returned a product or products to a retailer for a refund after claiming on this website. If a claimant has returned a product, you are required to notify Fujifilm South Africa by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All other products and retailers which are not included under Cashback Products or stockists are excluded from this Cashback.

This Fujifilm South Africa cashback is only available on qualifying products that have been distributed by Fujifilm South Africa within the Republic of South Africa. Fujifilm South Africa recommends that claimants verify with their stockist of choice before they purchase a Fujifilm South Africa product to ensure that the product qualifies and is listed under Cashback Products on this website and within the terms and conditions.
Fujifilm South Africa will not be held responsible for any actions in which a stockist misleads or misinforms a claimant regarding aspects of this cashback and the final decisions on whether to uphold or decline a Cashback sits with Fujifilm South Africa.
Claimants who show a willingness to participate in this Cashback are deemed to agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions as set out on this website.
For Claimants to complete their claim, they are required to provide the following information, but not limited to:
Fujifilm South Africa and its third party supplier will use this information in order to validate a claimants claim submission and therefore if any item above is missing, your valid claim pay-out will be delayed.
All claims must be submitted via the online claim form found on www.fujifilmcashback.co.za as long as it abides by the terms and conditions as found on this website.
Should a claimant experience problems in the submission of their claim, they can alternatively submit their claim by email ensuring all relevant documentation is attached and provided. Support email: email@example.com.
All information requested through the claim form are part of these Terms and Conditions and should be taken as required if applicable.
In order to utilise this website, each claimant should have access to internet and the capabilities to upload documents. It is recommended that claimants utilise a laptop or personal desktop in order to complete their claim. Fujifilm South Africa will not be held liable for any software, hardware, server, website, internet connection or technical issues which may prevent or obstruct a claimant from submitting and participating in their claim. The claimant should also be aware that additional fees may be imposed on the claimant by the claimant’s Service Provider depending on their specific terms and conditions or internet use and data allowance as set out by their respective contracts.
In the event a claimant has submitted an insufficient and/or incomplete claim, they will be contacted directly via email and given ten calendar days in which to submit and resolve any issues, as well as provide the necessary information or documentation that is required to complete their claim.
Fujifilm South Africa and its third party will endeavour to ensure the transfer of claimants’ cashback is paid within a 4-6 week period of receipt of a complete, valid and verified claim. All claims are to be paid in South African Rands into a South African Bank Account and will not be paid into an account that is not officials recognised as a South African Bank Account.

Fujifilm South Africa reserves the right to withdraw this Cashback at any time without notice as well as to substitute any of the offers for Products or Services of equivalent status and value as necessary.
Claimants may not claim for more than one cashback at a time or request Credit, Cash, or Product alternatives to the value of the cashback amount.

Fujifilm South Africa reserves the right to amend and change terms and conditions on this website as they see fit.
Personal information supplied by a claimant will be processed by Fujifilm South Africa as well as its Third Party Service Provider for the purposes of administering this cashback. Fujifilm South Africa may be required to share this information with authorised Fujifilm South Africa dealers, where necessary, in order to verify claims and prevent fraudulent and invalid claims.
Claimants have an option to opt-out of receiving marketing communication from Fujifilm South Africa, by unselecting the relevant “subscribe to our email communication” box when completing the Claim form.
All information submitted into this claim form will not be distributed by Fujifilm South Africa and should you wish for your personal information to be removed, a request can be sent to email@example.com.
